This waterfront house has been completely renovated and features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple spacious living and entertaining areas. Relax on the deck off the master bedroom or in the undercover entertaining area and look across to one of Bribie Islands highlights Pumicestone Passage. Enjoy the fully fenced yard while you take in the breath taking water views, it has plenty of space for both children and dogs to play as the property are pet friendly.

Upon arrival you are met with a double lock up garage and plenty of additional parking on the driveway or roadside if needed. There is a formal living area with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV. Walk through to the back of the property where you will find lovely glass windows and sliding doors to take in the water views, which this property has been built around. The second lounge room, kitchen and dining room are all open plans and flow out to the undercover entertaining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on holiday including a walk in pantry. The second lounge room has a new 'L' shaped sofa and TV and the dining room table has seating for eight. The laundry and a bathroom are also located on the ground level.

Up the stairs you will find all five bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, ensuite and private deck to watch beautiful sunsets over the water and Glasshouse Mountains. Bedrooms two and three contain a queen size bed each, while bedroom four contains two single beds and the fifth bedroom contains one single bed. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath tub, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

This part of Bribie Island is a hidden gem as the waterfront has excellent walking and bike tracks, parks and picnic stops and even a few exercising stations. A 5 minute walk will have you at the local Woolworths shopping centre with cafes and shops as well as Sues famous take away shop that was voted to have one of the best burgers in north Brisbane. Also short drive away is the Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club.
