This beautiful canal home has the best of both worlds with canal access and only a short drive to the beautiful Bribie Island Passage and beaches. The feature of this property is huge undercover outdoor area that overlooks the sparkling canals of Banksia Beach. The large outdoor area has plenty of room for the whole family to spend time together; there is also a good sized, fully fenced yard for the kids and pets to play. There is also air-conditioning and free Wifi available at the property.

Downstairs features an air-conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and living room that overlook the water. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large double door stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. The dining room has a funky table perfect for that family dinner and the living room has a very comfortable 'L' shaped sofa and large flat screen TV.

Downstairs has an air-conditioned bedroom with water views that accommodates two single beds that can be zipped together to make a king sized bed and a bathroom and separate laundry. Upstairs has the air-conditioned master bedroom with a King size bed and balcony to enjoy the beautiful water views and sunsets. The third bedroom has a double/single bunk combo perfect to house the kids.

This property is close to the shopping centre beaches and public transport. It is the perfect place to bring the children and the dog for a holiday.

Linen is included in with your booking for the main beds. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. Linen for the sofa bed is not inclided but can be hired at an extra cost.

Accommodates 9: 1 x King bed, 1 x Double/Single bunk combo, 2 x Single beds or a King. The couch can be pushed together to create a double bed, this is not a pull out sofa (children only). Please note we also only reccommend children to sleep on the top bunk as well.

A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.
