Milly's Pawfect Beach House is all about comfort and convenience with space for everyone. The beach is at the end of the street including the off-leash dog area. The property is split over two levels which offers its guests plenty of room to spend time together or apart. There are enough air conditioning units and ceiling fans to keep the entire property cool or warm year-round. Unlimited NBN wifi, smart TVs for Netflix and a family friendly fenced yard offering the ultimate private oasis.

Upstairs you will find the main kitchen, one living room, a bathroom, office space, veranda set for entertaining, and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough kitchenware to comfortably cater for its twelve guests. The living room has large, stylish yet comfortable sofas with a smart TV. You will also find a private study nook at the top of the internal stairwell. The veranda overlooks the private yard and hosts the perfect place for a family lunch or a place to put your feet up and listen to the waves.

Downstairs has the second living room, three bedrooms, a second bathroom, laundry and kitchenette, as well as the undercover entertaining area surrounded by complete privacy due to the lush gardens. The second living room is extremely spacious with a smart TV; large 'L' shaped sofa and a small futon that folds out into a small single bed (better for children). There is an abundance of books and board games to keep everyone entertained.

All three bedrooms have queen/double beds with the fifth bedroom having a double/single bunk combo. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and a toaster and kettle. The outdoor area is undercover and has a funky outdoor table and chairs setting. It looks over the fenced yard and garden so you can sit back and relax while the kids and dog play.

As well as having the beach a few metres away you can also find the centre of town a short walk up the road which offers a variety of shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. There are also multiple walking and biking tracks as well as picnic spots and parks all within minutes' walk from your front door. You also have other Bribie Island highlights like the cinema, Butterfly House, jetty and shopping centre within a five minutes' drive.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. Please note linen is not supplied for the futon but can be hired at an extra cost.
