The calm waters are perfect for children to play. There are picnic spots, walking and bike paths, exercise stations and play grounds all within a few minutes' walk from the property along the water's edge as well. The shopping centre has a variety of cafes, shops, eateries and a Woolworths for any supplies you may need.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no pets on the premises. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
