laundry off the kitchen.

If you make your way through the glass sliding doors you will be meet with a fully fenced spacious outdoor area and swimming pool. This is the best spot for the family to come
together as there is a large in ground swimming pool, a beautiful hardwood outdoor table and chairs set as well as plenty of sun loungers and seating for the whole family to enjoy
some time by the pool. You could even firer up the BBQ while enjoying this lovely out door area. This property is also pet friendly so please do not forget your beloved family dog.

Upstairs you will find five huge bedrooms that can accommodate 13 people in total as well as two bathrooms. The master bedroom or parents retreat has a queen size bed, air
conditioning, flat screen TV, private lounge area, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Bedrooms two and three are both fitted with queen size beds and
ceiling fans. In bedroom four there are two single beds and two single trundle beds as well as a wet sink area and ceiling fan. The fifth bedroom has been set up for the kids as it
has three single beds, a complete sofa set with a three seater couch and two chairs as well as a TV so it is a great place for the kids to come together and watch TV or relax. You
also have the main bathroom with a shower, bath tub, vanity and separate toilet.

This house is in a perfect location, you can walk to everything you need including the water front or better known as Bribie Islands famous Pumicestone Passage. The waterfront
is the best place for kids and the young at heart to swim, fish, play, bike and just enjoy all that Bribie Island has to offer. Most days you can enjoy the local dolphins that frequently
visit the water front as well as the multiple pathed walking/biking tracks, exercise stations, activity hire and of course the beauty of Bribie Island. You can also find the boat ramp
here so don't forget to bring your boat along.

As a holiday guests at this wonderful home you also have the main shopping centre of Bribie Island a five minute walk away or a smaller complex of shops two minutes' walk
away. So if you do not feel like enjoying the outdoors take a trip to the local shops which has plenty of cafes, restaurants, bargain stores, clothes stores and much more.

Accommodates 13: 3 x Queen Beds, 5 x Single Beds & 2 x Trundle Beds

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. Linen for the trundles
are not provided but can be hired at an extra cost.
