In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.

The Kitchen, living and dining are located upstairs, with a large rumpus room, including pool table downstairs.

Outdoor entertaining areas include the north facing upstairs deck, which gives the true holiday vibe, sip on cocktails or gather with friends. The lower entertaining deck is fully enclosed within the front yard.

There is a 2 story cubby house and sand pit for young children.There is a surfboard rack to store your boards and we supply a mailibu surfboard and a Kayak for guest use. Outdoor hot shower provided for after a day at the beach.

The self contained cabin has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge room and fully equipped kitchen. The deck has outdoor dining, bean bags and BBQ.

** At various times of the year we make the cabin available for smaller groups of 4. Please contact Central Coast Stays for details of availability.

We require an undertaking from guests and clients who book for short term 'accommodation only' not to have parties, events or gatherings and give an assurance that the property rented is for the use of registered guests and for the use of those people.
